The Shops at Hudson Yards, New York, NY

Set within Hudson Yards, the largest private real estate development in the United States at $27B, The Shops at Hudson Yards included almost 100 Anchor, Retail and Restaurant Tenants in over 720,000 SF and opened all Tenants on time in 2019. Directly responsible for setting up the successful 15-team member Tenant Coordination,  Project Management, and CAD Services program including 19 turnkey stores, the majority of which opened their first brick-and-mortar locations.

Fifth + Broadway, Nashville, TN

Set in the heart of downtown Nashville with 235,000 square feet of walkable retail and entertainment space in 3 mixed-use buildings, including the all-new National Museum of African American Music, Fifth and Broadway opened in 2021 to great success for its 45 retail and restaurant Tenants.
